Minimum Order Requirements: To receive the coupon, your current qualifying order must have a cart subtotal of $250 or more. To successfully redeem the 5% discount, your future order must also have a subtotal of $250 or more. (Note: Shipping fees are excluded from the subtotal calculation in both instances).

Activation Period: The promo code becomes active strictly 45 days after the original qualifying order is placed.

Validity: Once activated, the coupon is valid for 6 months. Expired coupons cannot be reissued or extended.

Non-Transferable: The coupon is uniquely tied to the email address used for the original purchase and cannot be transferred to another user or account.

Exclusions: This coupon cannot be combined with other promotional codes, sales, or special discounts. It is not redeemable for cash or cash equivalents.

Cancellations and Refunds: If the original qualifying order is canceled, disputed, fully refunded, or if a partial refund reduces the original order's subtotal to below the $250 threshold before the 45-day activation period, the issued promo code will be permanently voided.
