  • 2. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing

    We process your data based on:

    Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: Necessity to perform the sales contract (processing orders, manufacturing, and delivery).

    Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR: Compliance with legal obligations (accounting, issuing invoices, and tax reporting in Poland).

    Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: Our legitimate interest (defending against legal claims, providing customer support, and basic website analytics).

  • 3. Recipients of Personal Data

    To provide our services, we share your data with the following categories of recipients:

    Manufacturing Partners in Ukraine: Since your order is primarily produced and dispatched by our partners outside the European Union, your shipping details (name, address, phone) are shared with them solely to fulfill and ship your order.

    IT and Software Providers: Data is processed through our internal management systems, as well as hosting providers.

    Logistics Partners: Courier services and postal operators for the purpose of delivery.

    Payment Processors: Secure third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc). We do not store your full credit card details.

    Professional Services: Accounting firms and legal advisors in Poland.

  • 4. Data Transfer Outside the EEA (European Economic Area)

    As our manufacturing hub is located in Ukraine, your personal data is transferred outside the EEA. This transfer is necessary for the performance of the contract between the User and the Controller (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). We ensure that our partners apply appropriate security measures to protect your information.

  • 5. Data Retention Period

    Data processed for order fulfillment is stored for the duration of the contract and until the expiry of the statute of limitations for claims.

    Accounting documents (invoices) are stored for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment was due, as required by Polish law.

    You have the right to:

    Access your data and request a copy.

    Rectify (correct) your data.

    Request the erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten").

    Restrict or object to the processing of your data.
