  Your order will be shipped within 1 ~ 3 days after payment. Sometimes, shipping may take a little longer due to holidays or weekends. Economy international shipping from 7 to 35 working days, it all depends on the region (for example, usually shipping to the US takes 14-28 days, shipping to Europe 10-25 days, to Australia/Singapore 20-35 days). We pack the items well enough. But the postal service very negligently makes delivery. And sometimes the customer is delivered a damaged product. If this happens you can turn to us and we will replace the damaged item to you for free.

• Refund products

  If you are not fully satisfied with our products, you can return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase. You will be refunded the cost of the order. The only thing we ask is to send us the products immediately upon receipt. The cost of the ordered panels will be returned.

  If you wish to cancel your order – it is possible at no extra cost. Please send your details and the order No. xxx. We’ll handle it ASAP.

• Taxes & Duties

  The price you paid in the website is NOT include the tax in destination country or region.  In most cases, you do not need you paid the tax, but if the goods is too big or the value of the good too large, the custom may ask you paid the import tax, in that case, you have to paid the tax by yourself. You can also send us an email at customerservice@ua-acoustics.com and we can help you solve this problem.
